In February of 2016, Pakela Olanolan and Angelica Duhaylonsod took a leap of faith and decided to share their love for health, fitness and exercise, by creating Unkoz Garage, LLC. Their commitment and hard work is paying off, as they doubled in size, both in location and clientele, in the past several months.
“We, at Unkoz Garage, believe in giving back to the community and keiki of our leeward coast by offering free summer clinics, sports training and other activities to enable each child an equal opportunity to showcase their potential and become great in all they do.” Exclaimed Angelica.
“Several leading schools on Oahu’s east side, offer the best sports training for their youth.” Said Pakela, “Our goal is to do the same for our keiki.”
If you believe, like we do, in the future of our leeward coast keiki, we kindly ask you to join our Team on Sunday, August 21st from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, at the Kapolei Regional Park, for a unique Unkoz Garage “Back To School” supply drive.
The event is free to the public; however, if possible, we do ask you to bring any type of school supplies as admission. All supplies will be donated to schools along our leeward coast.
So, on August 21st, we look forward to seeing you and your entire ohana, as we feast on poke bowls and BBQ chicken plates from Supremo’s Hawaii, mochi-covered sweets by The B Sweets, shaved ice, informational booths and games for children of all ages.
